Experienced R&D professional with 11+ years of expertise in the formulation and development of medical devices, particularly injectable hyaluronic acid-based products, ophthalmic visco-surgical devices (OVDs), and intraocular lenses (IOLs). Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product and formulation development — from concept through clinical readiness, analytical method validation, and regulatory submissions.Currently serving as an R&D Formulation Executive, I lead formulation strategy and operations for injectable medical devices and drug-delivery–focused polymer systems, while also overseeing analytical method development and validation activities.
