I'm currently a sophomore at Stanford, exploring the overlap between mathematics and economics. I'm curious about what makes businesses tick – what leads to their success or failure. In my studies, I've tackled a mix of courses: micro and macroeconomics, statistics, math, econometrics, and psychology. These have given me a solid foundation in understanding how market trends are influenced by individual decision-making. Outside of class, I got a firsthand look at the financial world during a summer internship at Standard Chartered Bank in NYC. It was a fantastic experience that not only taught me about financial markets but also exposed me to the various roles within the industry. My blend of mathematics and psychology studies, coupled with real-world exposure to finance, positions me well to contribute valuable insights to the analysis of tomorrow's promising ventures. I love spotting trends and predicting what's next in the ever-changing business landscape.
