As a Director of Product Delivery & Cloud Engineering I am highly successful at identifying business needs and delivering solutions that improve operational performance and productivity. I am also skilled at implementing organizational changes and improvements to drive a company forward in growth and profitability. As a leader, I have a unique talent for empowering teams to achieve a high level of performance. I hold a MBA in Finance, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. I also have had IBM Senior Project Management Certification, PMI Project Management Professional Certification and Project Management Tier 1. Self improvement and continued learning is important to me and I recently completed the TCU Emerging Leader Program. I am currently the Director of Product Delivery with Systemware Inc. where I develop strategies to successfully deliver quality software products to clients. While in this position, I developed and implemented an automated development process and ticketing system.
