As a construction assistant project manager at Mulian Construction Management Inc, I oversee the tendering and bidding process for various construction projects, ensuring that the proposals are compliant, competitive, and profitable. I also liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and manage the project documentation and contracts. I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Ryerson University, where I also worked as a research assistant on a project related to sustainable concrete materials. Before joining Mulian, I taught math and science at Green Road Academy, where I developed my communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about civil engineering and education, and I enjoy solving complex problems and delivering high-quality results. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
