I have over 20 years’ experience within the security industry/customer service environment, in this time I have developed excellent communication skills which assist me in carrying out my role effectively. The level of quality training and experience I have received over the years with Price Waterhouse Coopers (Duty shift manager for 8 years), London 2012 Olympics (Control Room Manager) for 2 years, Bupa (In House Security Supervisor for 4 years), South bank University ( Security Team Leader for 1 year) and Sea-containers (Corporate Security Supervisor 1 year), Security duty shift manager with Mitie for 2 years and I am currently a security control room manager working for the British Library (in house). All these experiences have been priceless and paramount in molding me into a well-spoken and effective communicator, on all levels. The continuity of training has aided me to further deliver a unique second to none client experience. I am extremely conscientious and a dedicated individual who enjoys the demands of high levels of accuracy and concentration and flourishes with increased responsibilities. Quick and keen to learn, diligent and meticulous who thrives in a demanding environment and relishes a technical challenge. Naturally self-motivated with lots of energy and enthusiasm, works on own initiative and performs effectively under pressure.
