At present, I am employed at BRAC Bank PLC as an Associate Manager, Treasury Mid-Office, Risk Management Division. My core expertises are in- Monitor Treasury P&L arising from Equity investments, FX deals, Trading deals - Credit Risk Grading (CRG) of Banks & NBFIs, prepare and present proposals to Credit Risk Committee for necessary approvals. Monitor Counterparty Limits- Weighed average Buy / Sell rate calculations - Daily, MTD & YTD buy volume sell volume as well as margin calculation- Perform monthly Modified Duration of Fixed income portfolio - Maintain Rate Appropriateness on daily basis - Daily Market Rates update, revaluation & measure VaR for FX & Equity portfolio - Monitor Key Risk Indicators, identify risk issues & manage - Daily net open positions, off-market and off-premise deals monitor - Measure capital requirement for treasury portfolio & implementation of BASEL - Monthly DB-4 (c) validation to prevent breach of CRR & SLR- Process review & automation as well as cross departmental Project involvement Previously, I was employed at BRAC Bank PLC as an Associate Manager at Enterprise Risk Management Department where I had to deal with the whole enterprise’s risks such as; Operational, Liquidity, Market, Regulatory, Financial, People, Safety & many more risks accustomed with core operations & core businesses of this financial organization. Since I supposed to work with & go through all the risk-issues & obstacles of all the departments, I must need to know core functions of all departments as well as market practices of other organizations' so that I can raise the issues to higher managements with proper mitigation plans. I was also monitoring the directives of higher authorities which also enhancing my decision making capability. In that department my core expertises are- Risk identification, mitigation & control - Pack prepare for Risk Forums (ERMC & BRMC) & conduct Risk management meetings - ALM, Market, Credit & Research Desk management My first corporate experience was gathered from Standard Chartered Bank Head-Office as I done my internship there. During my internship I got knowledge regarding core banking businesses, products & how to deal with existing as well as potential clients. I have completed BBA & MBA, major in marketing from Jahangirnagar University. I was an active member of Jahangirnagar University Cultural Club & Career Club. I gained Higher Secondary Certificate from Viqarunnisa Noon College & Secondary School Certificate from Holy Cross Girls' High School.
