As a Business Intelligence Lead at Sinbad, one of the biggest B2B Ecommerce in Indonesia, I manage a team of five data professionals and deliver over 600 data requests from various business units every month. I help identify business pain points and opportunities to improve business process and decision making, using data-driven insights and solutions.I also create, maintain, and update over 200 dashboards that are utilized by different stakeholders, from department leads to CEO/COO. I plan and maintain data warehouses and view tables, ensuring data quality and integrity. I mentor and coach junior and medior analysts and data scientists, fostering their professional growth and development. I implement and enforce a comprehensive data governance policy, ensuring compliance among business users.I have a strong background in data analysis, business insight, risk, fraud, and operational vulnerability analysis, as well as certified Machine Learning Practicioner by Ministry of Communication and Informatics. Have just recently acquired Master's degree in Management Information Systems from BINUS University, graduating with perfect GPA (4.0/4.0). I have completed multiple certifications related to Data Analysis, Data Science, SQL, and Python.
