Full responsible of the Medium and High voltage cables Lines, Telephone cables & OFC, PVC and OHL Plants, and Instrumentation and Control Department. · Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, following goals and objectives. Responsible in planning, procurement, evaluation,operation and maintenance of plant and machinery · 20 years experience in Automation and control systems (Design –installing, upgrading, commissioning and troubleshooting of AC/DC drives – Siemens & others PLC and all of automatic control systems. · Carrying out the projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. · Maintaining all plant and machinery within the specified standards. Implement, and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the cable industry-Establish a new Instrumentation and Controls Department for Development and Improvement of all Maintenance Departments -Design and Implement Many Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like: AMS – Spare parts Control – DMS – Corrective Action System – In house Repair.etc-Establish – Develop – Manage an Electronics Maintenance Lab to repair all instruments,defective items as an objective of cost reduction and VE -Responsible of Asset management and maintenance of all Quality Control Departments at group-Design, implement and Develop many upgrading and installation projects like- Cable Wall Thickness Monitoring system, Trend, and Statistics for Raw material cost reduction and Quality assurance- Many of Old Machines modernization and integration by new professional control system with low cost- SCADA system to monitor Production Performance, Machines Availability and Quality, OEE-Predictive Maintenance Project (PPM) to improve machines availability and reduce the cost-Responsible of Service Contract Management of Machine OEM and external service contracts.
