Infrastructure Project.Oil & gas Project.Substation.OHTL.Industrial Projects Job description Support Company divisions in giving assist to Tendering Department and initiate & close out and lead in hand projects objective. Tasks - Initiation phase for in hand projects - Work as company signatory and representative with authority over all the work required in completing the requirements of a contract- Planning phase of contract- Initiate project site time schedule - Highlight project site milestones and critical path- Ensure full awareness of contract requirements and ensure availability of needed resources. Execution Phase of contract- Liaise with Department(s), customer reps- Assist in site material procurement & co-ordination - Ensure execution is implemented according to engineering documentations and take off is as accurate as possible. Control & Monitoring of contract- Generally monitor and ensure adequate progress to projects plan- Monitor and ensure weekly sites work progress- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly site report is maintained on timely manner- Attend regular steering committee meetings with the Department Departments- Highlight all cost of poor quality issues to the management and able to proposes corrective Actions- Additionally to ensure customer complaints are well received and goes to quality manager to Take necessary actions- Ensuring that OHS (Health & Safety) is fully provided for and adhered- Assist in Project Management- Assist in Project commissioning & handing over supervision.
