IT professional since 1991 - In my professional career, I went through areas as distinct as programming/analysis in Cobol-1100, DBA technical support at Oracle, team-leader in the assembly of IBM HW datacenters, team leader outsourcing services (Windows, Unix, DBA Oracle and SQL-server) and finally Project-manager with infrastructure projects. It was in the area of project management that I found enormous energy when I can deliver to the client what he was looking for. I undoubtedly have this professional achievement by exercising TAM's position at Microsoft - focusing on the customer and combining all the added value that Microsoft delivery - I'm sure I make the Fatima-Customer-Microsoft triangle to give rewards to everyone. Like all of you, I have a B-side and I am, as I am, due to three great pillars of my education and some adventures with which life has rewarded me: i) I am the granddaughter of Portuguese, Spanish and Angolans who have made my education a mixture of principles and behaviors ii) I was a scout of the CNE from 8 to 28 years so I can not live without being under the motto "leave the world a little better than I found it"(Lord Baden Powell) I was a military officer of the Air Force for eight years, which formatted me for the rules and hierarchies that even meaningless, sometimes have to be fulfilled.
