About Fatima Framarz

As a Research Associate at the Graduate School of Development of the University of Central Asia (UCA), I contributed to the production and dissemination of high-quality research on the political, social, and economic development of the region. I have over five years of experience as an investigative and peace journalist, covering topics such as human rights, conflict resolution, democracy, and governance in Afghanistan and Central Asia. I hold a Master of Arts in International Relations from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, where I focused on the politics and security of Central Asia. I also graduated from Master of Laws (LL.M) at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), where I aimed to deepen my knowledge of the legal aspects of regional and international affairs. I am passionate about using my analytical skills and academic background to inform and influence policy-making and public opinion on the issues that matter to the global justice.
