My main focus is on professional and organizational development processes, leadership, and team development. I have worked on national and international coaching, training, and mentoring projects for clients in Latin America, Europe, and the US in Spanish, Portuguese and English. I developed my skills as a professional Coach in prestigious and international programs with leaders on the field. I have over 20 years of combined professional experience as a corporate leader, coach, consultant, university professor, and researcher. My experience in the business and associative world allowed me to develop a global and systemic vision of the leading professional and business challenges in different sectors of activity. My clients benefit from this international perspective, systemic vision, focus on continuous learning, collaboration, and the search for creative and sustainable solutions. In addition, they highlight the warmth in the conversations and the follow-up process, focused on their objectives. My experience in Banking includes commercial management, strategic project leadership, and change process management. As a university professor, I facilitated leadership, skills management, strategic management, and finance programs at universities in Central America (Panama and Nicaragua) and Portugal. I have a degree in Economics from the University of Porto and an MBA from Chile University. I am an Executive Coach certified by INCAE Business School and MGSCC - Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and a Systemic Team Coach certified by GTCI - Global Team Coaching Institute. I have the "Associated Certified Coach (ACC)" credential from the ICF and the "Global Team Coaching Individual Accreditation (ITCA), practitioner level" from the EMCC. I am the author of the case study "The Future of Rey Holdings Corp in Panama: Concentrate or Diversify?" published in Harvard Business Publishing, and the research paper "Coaching, Leadership and Soft Skills in companies in Panama." I am a board member of ICF - International Coaching Federation, Panama Chapter, and I lead a commission in APEDE - Panamanian Association of Business Executives.
