As a Psychologist, I apply my expertise in human (individual and group) cognition and behaviour to understand and address barriers to diversity, equity, and inclusion in organisations. I have worked with FTSE 100 and private companies across the professional and financial services, legal, technology, and creative sectors to deliver innovative DE & I solutions with demonstrable impact.
