Background

About Fatou C.

As a Communications & Marketing Specialist, I am passionate about designing strategies that connect people, products, and ideas while driving meaningful transformation. My career spans nonprofit, corporate, and consulting environments, where I have led impactful campaigns, organized high-profile events, and supported digital projects that bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users. With a strong foundation in change management and stakeholder engagement, I help organizations communicate effectively, build trust, and embrace innovation. Currently Communications Coordinator at Réseau du Nord, I develop initiatives that promote services for French-speaking newcomers, strengthen community ties, and enhance Northern Ontario’s visibility as a welcoming destination. My previous roles in consulting and enterprise IT allowed me to collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and product managers fostering adoption of new solutions and improving user experience. Proficient in French and English (professional working level), I thrive in multicultural environments where communication, collaboration, and product vision come together to create lasting impact.
