I have worked in both commercial and residential construction since I was 18. Over the past years and have worked for a number of different contractors, getting experience in a bunch of different sides of the industry. I have assumed roles as an assistant superintendent, field engineer, and an assistant project manager. I have worked in the field and in an office managing subcontractors, producing preliminary schedules, and assured quality control. I have also worked with architects and engineers processing submittals, rfis, work orders, change orders, etc. For a year or so there I did my own contracting full time, estimating, scheduling, pricing, subbing, etc; however, as the economy worsens job stability becomes more and more crucial. I am looking for a career change into oil and gas. Specialties: People Management, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Cadd carpentry, mechanics (analytical skills)
