Hi, I’m Faustas! Someone who believes that growth comes from staying curious, taking initiative, and lifting others up along the way. With a degree in Economics Engineering and a strong foundation in customer support and leadership, I’ve built my career around solving problems, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement that delivers results. I began at VILNIUS TECH, where I combined my studies with hands-on experience as a Marketing Coordinator, organizing events, creating student engagement strategies, and learning how to manage both people and projects with purpose. From there, I transitioned into the world of Customer Support, where I quickly moved from frontline support into leadership. Today, as a Supervisor of Payments Support, I lead both inbound and outbound teams, helping them operate with clarity and consistency. I focus on creating space for growth, efficiency, and making sure customers receive timely, high-quality support. Outside of work, I’m simply trying to improve a little every day, whether that’s learning something new, staying active through sports, or getting better at something I’m already working on.
