I love to breakdown, investigate, and solve problems with solutions adapted from insight, technology and overall best practices. I transparently create sustainable ways of working, elastic tools, and a warm environment in order to support and benefit the big picture. I believe that: a) if the job was easy we wouldn’t be needed; b) resolve and purpose can clarify any issue; and c) drive and inspiration can always come up with a solution. At the age of 16, I discovered my way to contribute to the further development of our society when I decided during my summer months to work for an architecture firm: researching and proposing integrated renewable energy solutions for the clients housing projects. I quickly became fascinated with the technology and the concept of carbon footprint while watching the intensification of natural calamities happening in the world. Today I’m 30 and have worked around the world with all predominant technologies across the whole value chain and my life timeline can be summarized as follows: •Age 0–8: Born and raised in London UK by Italian parents •Age 9–17: Returned to my roots in Italy, Rome, for my formative years •Age 18: Graduate from an international boarding school in Switzerland •Age 19–22: Return to the UK for my Master in Engineering in Renewable Energy at the University of Exeter including the execution of multiple internationally (UK-India) funded solar research projects •Age 22: Graduate with multiple university level awards and publications before returning to Italy to work for the largest renewable energy company in the world Enel Green Power •Age 23: Worked as solar, wind and storage developer in the Business Development team focused on European markets in order to progress viable investment opportunities of projects in execution today •Age 24–25: Travelled the world optimizing Operation and Maintenance activities of 48GW of hydropower installed capacity in 14 countries •Age 26–27: Moved to Brazil to work in Project Execution and contributed directly to the installation of 1,324 MW solar and wind energy in 2 years •Age 28: Project Manager in Brazil of Wind Park (396MW) execution, responsible for capex, schedule, quality and contract management. •Age 29: Project Manager in Brazil of Solar Farm (611MW) execution. •Age 30: Project Manager in Italy of solar and wind farms execution.
