About Favio Tejada

I'm Favio, a software engineer and perpetual student, passionated about the Java ecosystem. Throughout my career, I've been able to apply my expertise in various industries, such as energy, banking, retail and public sector mainly targeted to the French and European markets. I enjoy taking initiatives and adapting to new environments and working cultures, as well as collaborating with diverse and polyvalent teams. I continuously push myself out of my comfort zone by embarking on new ventures, building a wide skill set, and pursuing knowledge shaped by my needs and preferences. My mission is to contribute to the greater good and to my team goals by delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that finally meet end-users' expectations.I strongly believe in hard and organized work, and I'm continuously driven by these two convictions I've acquired during my journey at Xebia that literally defined how I am today:"People first above anything else", and "Quality without compromise".
