Dear Sirs This introduction letter has the purpose to catch your attention on personal career highlights and expectations. Since 1995 I have been working as mechanical engineer, recovering several roles in Fiat’s Group Companies (Fiat, CNH, FPT), including the joint-venture with General Motors and working relationships with no-captive customers. The professional growing has been build on a cross functional route that allowed me to cover significant positions into the main Company Departments. All that, made me comfortable to operate and manage Business and Human Resources in an international environment. In the last years I have concentrated and reinforced my experience on Program & Customer Management. Starting from the competitiveness improvement of ongoing products (Continuous Improvement Manager Diesel Engine & Transmission), passing through new products development (Platform Manager Diesel Engine), arriving to support the development process into the Customer (Customer Program Manager for application of new engines, transmissions on vehicles). Currently my role is Transmission Platform Manager for new gearbox development. During the previous experience in a Manufacturing Plant (Production and Quality Manager) I have had the possibility to analyse and manage the industrial process- studying in depth TPM methodologies to increase efficiency of all productive system- actively participating to the implementation of Quality System ISOTS16949 and Environment System ISO14001 All these roles are based on: inter functional team management, problem solving and target achievement attitude.
