Personal Experience I have competitive experience of managing activities of textile spinning and weaving plants, including production, quality, maintenance, inventory, material procurement, costing and administration. I have thorough knowledge of producing different fabric types covering a vast range from apparel to home textiles. That includes complex Dobby designed fabrics, towels, jacquards for sheeting and apparel. I’ve successfully conducted myself by leading many teams and handling different sort of projects from feasibility analysis, awarding construction contracts, machinery installation, system design and implementation, developing and executing procedures for efficient resource utilization, labor training and skill development, product design and development, effective process control using statistical tools, raw material and waste management, labor management system for production, logistics and optimized inventory management techniques for product cost control. I have working knowledge of export procedures, health & safety, fire fighting techniques and time management and wages systems. I’ve been part of renowned Textile production organizations globally.
