Non-profit communicator experienced in social media, email newsletters, and website management. I enjoy listening to people and connecting their stories to potential partners.I have spent my adult years traveling around the world, meeting people of all ages, and listening to their stories. After graduating from Lipscomb University with a B.A. in Psychology, I moved to China to teach Oral English. My graduate school students shared the beauty of their culture with me, and I gave them opportunities to grow in their confidence to speak English. As Director of Operations at Luo, Inc, I was responsible for inviting financial partners into the story of setting children free from poverty in Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa. As a youth ministry assistant and later a youth minister, I developed communication skills in email, social media scheduling, website management, and print newsletters and flyers.I love writing, gardening, hiking, and I'm starting to get back into watercolor painting which has always terrified me. I am a proud Memphian and would be happy to show you around the next time you're in town. Don't go around it. You gotta go through it.
