Background

About Fay Counts

I am a committed non-profit professional with a wide range of experience in charity and fundraising strategy, data systems and insight, membership management and impact measurement. I have a history of working in new roles created to improve engagement with supporters and ambassadors, and to develop income from new sources. I specialise in Trust & Foundation Fundraising and relationship management, and Individual Giving. My favourite way to give is through legacies. In previous roles I have focused on transforming and overcoming long-standing organisational and cultural barriers to fundraising. I achieved this whilst managing the integration of fundraising and impact measurement within a new staffing structure during a period of significant change for the organisation. I am enthusiastic about new challenges, and excited to try new things. This is why I love managing a team and helping staff to develop new ideas and initiatives in an industry that is continually changing.
