My mission is to enable leaders and their teams to thrive through creating environments for transformative behaviour change, Leadership coaching and development:I provide leadership coaching and development for impactful, ethical, and sustainable change to leaders and teams in organisations. The areas I typically work in are with leaders focusing on navigating career transitions, succession planning, talent initiatives, culture change, resolving relationship conflict and improving team effectiveness.With a passion for learning, I thrive in creating environments where people can flourish and reach their true potential. I love to explore innovative ways of supporting people learn - one of these ways is coaching with horses, also known as Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL). In this experiential learning environment individuals receive real time, unfiltered feedback from the response of the horses. I also have access to a number of development tools such as Spotlight, Leadership Circle 360 and EQI 360 that all provide valuable insights to support the coaching and development work with individuals and teams.Professional Coach Development:Being deeply passionate about continued development, I also offer supervision and mentor coaching to leadership coaches looking to develop themselves personally and professionally. Through this work I help coaches sharpen their skills, uphold professional standards, and deepen their own presence and self-awareness of who they are as a coach. This allows them to deliver more impactful coaching to their own clients, step into their true authenticity and empower more leaders that they work with.Coaching for organisations:In addition I have experience designing, implementing and developing coaching capabilities within global organisations, unlocking both individual and business potential. Developing organisational coaching culture improves wellbeing, colleague engagement and enhances purpose driven outcomes.
