I have been acting as a trusted adviser to the executives, and as a leader with HR expertise and perspective in business management and strategy, workforce planning and employment, human resource development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and risk management. I have extensive experience partnering collaboratively across HR and other organizational functions. My 20+ years of experience in the HR field has provided me with expertise in identifying and driving HR solutions that align with business strategy. I am an intuitive, conceptual, system-focused thinker with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. I am flexible and know how to adapt to change and work with different team cultures.
