I am a proven achiever in driving improvements and managing change while staying relevant by adapting and transforming HR delivery to align with and support organisational needs. Working directly with Chief Executives and Senior Executives, I have established myself as a trusted advisor by providing frank and authoritative advice on people and strategic issues. With an extensive background in State and Commonwealth public sectors, as well as the private sector, I have proven expertise across all areas of the HR discipline. I have enjoyed leading successful large scale organisational change (and restructure) initiatives, establishing HR functions in a Greenfield site and being sought after to undertake a range of higher-level strategic assignments. I ensure the value-add of HR is understood through leading my team with clear strategic people planning, delivery and contemporary reporting that provides quality customer fit-for-purpose outcomes. My calm and commonsense approach to HR is valued by my Executives and appreciated by my teams.
