My passion is helping individuals achieve their personal goals of living at their optimal wellbeing, along with teaching the power of healing the body through holistic lifestyle and embodiment practices. As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and FreeMind Rapid Change Therapist, I guide people through transformational journeys which combine hypnotherapy, NLP and musical therapy that accelerates the healing process by rapidly dissolving blocks that hold them back whilst also deeply empowering them to achieving their fullest potential in physical, emotional and spiritual capacities. I believe the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation to what creates a fulfilling life and I help others to embrace who they truly are so that they can create and live a beautiful life, untethered by those limiting beliefs that can inhabit your mind.
