About Faye Chamberlain

Through hard work and dedication, I have spent the last 8 years progressing through the Bookings department at InHealth Intelligence. I am currently based in Cheshire managing the running of 15 Diabetic Eye Screening Programmes within our Bookings Management team. As part of my role, I spent 14 months as Bookings Manager for the largest programme in the country; Birmingham, Solihull and Black Country. InHealth Intelligence took over this service in October 2022. I worked to source a team to support me with this, built my knowledge of the area and forecasted the requirements of the programme. I am a motivated, friendly person who works well as part of a team as well as alone. In addition, I consider myself to be very organised and punctual with my work and time. I have experience working with members of the public and making sure customers leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service. I have graduated from studying Writing Fashion and Culture at Southampton Solent University. The course taught me a range of industry skills such as, written communication and team collaboration, as well as life and work skills which I use within my role daily. In 2023 I completed with distinction a Chartered Managers Institute qualification in Leadership and Management.
