About Faye Farrales

Coach and educator with experience working with students ranging from k-12th grade who has also mentored incoming freshman and transfer students at Washington State university. My early work and volunteer experience specialized in promoting higher education, assisting students with college admissions, and guiding students to navigate their degree plan. Accustomed to helping students with different learning styles and students who have special needs. Often asked to work 1 on 1 with students to create individualized plans and locate resources to help them succeed. My degree in Kinesiology paved the way towards the experiences I've had working in a medical setting and in the fitness industry which really exposed my passion and what I'm most natural at and that is helping people. Not only was I meant to inspire people to live a more active and healthy lifestyle, but I began to use my broad skillset to continue to support people in other work environments as an executive assistant and project manager. I strive for personal growth and with every opportunity I hope that I can help make a positive impact in my work environment, learn, and help myself and the team achieve our goals.
