I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Head of Psychology, passionate about bringing trauma-informed and attachment-based thinking into the heart of care systems. In my current role, I lead and support a psychology team in residential child care, combining clinical expertise with strategic oversight to make a positive difference for children, young people, and the professionals who care for them. Alongside my leadership work, I run a private practice specialising in relational therapy. I’m an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist, an EMDR practitioner, and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows me to integrate different approaches in ways that feel safe, reflective, and meaningful for clients.
