Background

About Fayth Adamsson

After over 12 years experience in People Management, I still believe all employees want to be developed and be proud of their contribution to the organisation they represent. Sometimes that needs the careful utilisation of policies and procedures, but always with the intent to enhance. I use tried and tested methods to manage cases quickly, whilst supporting managers to focus on the key basic management skills which make a real difference to their teams culture and performance. Management skills are rarely a natural phenomenon, they develop with time and experiences. I use my experience and training aids to quickly develop managers and improve recruitment, ER, performance and absence standards to name a few. I’m very resilient, and ensure my advice is legally compliant and pragmatic. Previous experience working for Not For Profit, Manufacturing, Energy, and Education. as well as international organisations within a variety of HR models.
