Fayth is an experienced senior human resource manager with over twenty (20) years of experience in human resources, including sixteen (16) years in human resources management. Fayth has completed her Masters degree in Human Resource Management. experience includes full cycle recruitment of frontline, supervisory, professional, management and senior management positions, development and implementation of programs/policies/procedures to support and encourage fair, equitable and transparency in human resources. Experienced in developing, facillitating and administrating corporate training programs. A critical thinker that has implemented job evaluation tools, compensation plans, maintained job evaluation plans (in and out of scope) and conducted market data analysis of salaries to ensure current compensation plans were aligned with Saskatchewans booming market. Supported and participated as a HR management representative in the bargaining process. Worked in non-unionized and unionized environments in both the public and private sectors. A leader of people she is experienced in senior leadership coaching, mentoring and performance management of diverse teams. Always expanding her knowledge and experience in employee relations, change management practices and health and wellness initiatives. Fayth is an experienced project planner acting as project lead for various expansion projects, implementation, maintenance and training of software used to assist in day to day Human Resource functions.
