PMD Pro Qualified, I have good skills, knowledge and experience in projects and program management. As well as trained and knowledgeable on M&E systems designing and implementation. Aware of other management approaches including Prince2, Agile and Waterfall. Trained in data quality assurance, data management and data visualization. Currently working with Tree Aid as program manager. Worked with UKIM as partner relations manager identifying potential partners, conducting their due diligence, and making recommendations for onboarding. Worked with British Red Cross as Research and Development Officer supported team on M&E and conducted evaluations of different UK operations schemes. Worked as Emergency Programme Officer with CAFOD in the UK and supported the Nepal earthquake affected people with WASH, Shelter, Livelihoods, DRR, Schools construction and Protection and accountability mainstreaming. For a short time also worked with the UK National Lottery Community fund as Funding officer and supported local community organisations in applying for funding, managing their grants and completing their projects. Worked with CRS as Programme Manager for 5 years. Completed livelihoods, Shelter, NFIs, Cash for Work, Water and sanitation and Education projects. Worked with EPS/CARE International as Project Coordinator for Health and Gender development project. Remained Board member of EPS. Acquired skills in project design, proposal development process, proposal writing, Monitoring tools preparations, planning and conducting assessments, Conducting Real time, mid-term and final evaluations, Success stories writing, developing training manuals for social mobilization, hygiene promotion and teachers training is a plus. Have good understanding of gender perspectives. Closely worked with the religious leaders to increase primary schools enrolment, especially for girls.
