Fazhar Sharin

Background

About Fazhar Sharin

I am experimental, curious and perceptive. However, I also worry a lot (need a team member who can pull me back to reality) and need more opportunities to make strategic decisions. I teach, train, mentor, and coach a variety of skills, but communication is my strongest area. I have served B40 communities, government bodies, and corporate companies. My audience ranges from locals to internationals, including primary school students, managers and retirees. I have designed modules, curriculums, and programs for beneficiaries including our beloved students in Indonesia. I have clocked over hours of training teachers and trainers. I have also created processes and standards contributing to how people experience education from SOLS today. Currently, with my general manager, we are leading and building a PTI unit tailored for social impact by the name SOLS Smart. With my collective experience of 12 years and a wild mix of different skills, you can gauge my capabilities and knowledge from these 5 job titles that would describe a lot about myself: 1. Director of Education (Excellent fit) 2. Learning & Development Manager (Strong fit) 3. Education consultant (Good fit) 4. Social Impact Specialist through Education and Training (Good fit) 5. Educational Technology Specialist (Potential fit) These 5 titles are actually the current projections of my possible future career paths after I fed a big chunk of my career history into Gemini - awesome isn't it?
