About Fazil Ahmed

With over ten years of experience in the animation industry, I am a passionate and creative CG Supervisor and Character FX Instructor. My mission is to deliver stunning and realistic visual effects for films, TV shows, and commercials, while also sharing my knowledge and skills with aspiring animators and artists. As a CG Supervisor, I am responsible for deploying show environment settings, configs, ingesting plates, colorspace information, hiring. I am also a Character FX Instructor at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and Bow Valley College, where I teach the fundamentals and advanced techniques of character FX, such as hair, fur, cloth, and muscle simulation, to students who are interested in pursuing a career in animation. I enjoy inspiring and mentoring the next generation of animators and artists, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my craft.
