I’m looking to grow within organizations that value innovation, collaboration, and people-first culture-As a Benefits Specialist at Juniper Networks, I manage the administration and communication of various benefits and wellness programs for the India and APAC region. I ensure plan compliance and governance, and proactively develop and distribute employee benefits information. I also lead wellness projects in support of the corporate wellness initiatives, and provide administrative support on holiday and leave record maintenance and other necessary processes.I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Community Institute of Commerce & Management Studies. Before joining Juniper Networks, I worked as a Human Resources Advisor and Analyst at Dell Technologies, where I handled day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, such as reference checks, resignation, international transfers, payroll, benefits, and HR systems. I have also acquired skills and certifications in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Vendor Management, and Invoice Processing. I am passionate about enhancing employee experience and engagement, and delivering excellence in HR services.
