I have 20 years of experience in leadership, management, and transformation in the public sector, focusing on operations and planning. I have successfully led and delivered multiple projects involving cross-departmental coordination, crisis management, and process analysis in fast-paced, high-pressured, and challenging environments. I hold a MA in Violence, Terrorism and Security from Queen's University Belfast, where I developed my interest and knowledge in policy responses to protracted problems.
