About Feather Davis

Feather has been working with anatomy and movement for over 25 years. She has taught Pilates in NYC, Boulder, CO and Vero Beach, FL. Feather now brings her expertise and knowledge to her home town of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Feather's approach to health, movement and bodywork is a restorative, healing model in order to help every person she works with live the life they desire through better health. After having a stroke she was faced with how to recover and if she will ever work again. She used her skills and determination to make a full recovery. She now dedicates her life to helping others heal and move better. She is also a Digestive Health Professional using urinalysis testing to help you find what the body is not using properly from absorption to digestion and what lifestyle changes need to occur in order to bring the body back to balance in order for it to heal itself. Feather started doing this work because of her personal journey though anxiety, fatigue and infertility. She was able to lose 14lbs, increase her energy, decrease the amount of migraines she has and is expecting a healthy baby boy in March 2020. Feather would love to help you achieve better health and movement to live your best life.
