About Febe Valensia

Hii, I am Febe Valensia. People who have known me usually call me Bebe. I see myself as a persistent woman who wants to have lots of knowledge in everything. Love and have a quick understanding of learning something new. Working at PT. Easton Urban Kapital as a Marketing Administrative Assistant from 23 March 2022 until now. My main job is to provide and make sure all the stuff related to Marketing is complete. I also collect and analyze the sales data, how many people book in every project every day, where the leads come from, analyze the cancellation reason and rate, update the project stocklist, follow up on every booking that has not signed the agreement document yet, and the reason why they postpone it, and so on. I have experienced handling the tax and all the legal documents in the Palembang project. I feel honored because I was allowed to upgrade the Marketing program so it can connect and be useful to other divisions, and also make a Standard Operating Procedure for my division. It was a great and handy opportunity for me, who works as a Marketing Administrative Assistant, to handle a big responsibility out of my job scope and do things I have never done before.
