As a Senior R&D Solution Architect at Microsoft, I work with the Dynamics 365 FastTrack team, guiding partners and customers on best practices for implementation projects across the EMEA region. I help organizations adopt new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to address complex business challenges and drive successful project outcomes. With extensive experience in end-to-end implementations across Manufacturing, Services, and Retail industries, I have provided guidance and led team of consultants on integration, support, multi-country rollouts, upgrade projects, data migration, vertical development, and technical reviews. Additionally, I have contributed to presales and various phases of AX implementation. My expertise includes solution architecture guidance, feasibility analysis, technical design, development, deployment, and end 2 end implementation. I have a strong focus on Finance, AR, AP, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Commerce, and Project Accounting modules. I also hold multiple Microsoft certifications, including AX Technical Programming.
