Since 2022, I’ve been fortunate to serve as an Employer Branding Specialist at PT Lion Super Indo, where I humbly focus on enhancing the company’s reputation as a desirable employer. My role offers me the chance to develop strategies that aim to draw in talented individuals while also nurturing a workplace culture that employees feel honored to be part of. It’s a responsibility I genuinely cherish, as I hold the belief that a solid employer brand is founded on authenticity and meaningful engagement. Prior to taking on this role, I spent five years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where I was given the opportunity to connect skilled individuals with roles that matched their talents and ambitions. This experience taught me the significance of listening, empathy, and collaboration in forming successful teams. I hold a deep passion for assisting organizations in their growth by supporting their most treasured asset—their people.
