In my experience of being a Product Manager or Technical Design Manager; any role I have progressively worked in the last 18 years has served me well in my management and leadership growth. My experience professionally and personally has coached me into being a decisive and accountable individual in all my working processes.My working history has enabled my roles in becoming a Product/Production Specialist in product development and technical design with an entrepreneurial drive. An imaginative and energetic leader ensuring knowledge comprehension of products to all involved. I have been able to demonstrate success in motivating and building strong cohesive cross-functional partnerships, with team building strategies on working improvements this has led to people management skills highlighted with the positive. My guidance and influence have helped me see my growth and purpose.Actively listening to my team's needs and working well with all counterparts is a priority ensuring we all have a cohesive understanding of each other, whilst being supportive, and adaptable to any circumstance. Efficiency is an attribute I like to implement where needed, effectively getting the desired results of a product or service; with the added benefits of cost or delivery time savings when possible. I have worked well with international and domestic vendors knowing that supporting their needs allows them to service our business needs better.
