I am a QA Engineer at MEKAR - PT. Mekar Investama Sampoerna, a leading fintech company that provides online lending and savings solutions. I have a bachelor's degree in sistem informasi from Universitas Gunadarma, and a certification in database fundamental. I have strong skills in spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and network administration, which I use to ensure the quality and functionality of MEKAR's software products and services. In my current role, I work with the software development team to design, execute, and document test cases and scenarios for MEKAR's web and mobile applications. I also perform troubleshooting and debugging of software issues, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. I collaborate with the IT support team to monitor and maintain the hardware and software infrastructure, including computers, printers, network devices, and ATM/CRM machines. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer experience and satisfaction, and I constantly seek to learn new technologies and best practices that can enhance MEKAR's performance and innovation.
