I have gained several years of experience as a buyer at Servizi Ospedalieri S.p.A, leader in the Laundering and Sterilization sector and provider of integrated services to public and private clients, supporting healthcare activities, growing year after year to hold the role of Head of Procurement. I love my job, being in continuous contact with internal and external clients, analyzing reference markets, researching new products and new suppliers. I consider myself a responsible, determined, very curious, and determined person, eager to grow and always learn, challenging myself and never thinking that I have arrived; I recently participated in an open Master on Procurement Management that particularly enriched me professionally. I have excellent organizational, planning, analysis, and coordination skills; I personally managed a particularly challenging project for the restructuring of the entire Company’s passive cycle. I like to work in a team and in environments where collaboration and synergy between different professional figures are essential. I have excellent problem-solving skills, which allow me to effectively manage the assigned work, respecting company timelines, even in stressful situations. I consider myself a reliable and resilient person, flexible, and particularly goal-oriented. For a few months now I have been a WIP Ambassador, a network of professionals women in the Procurement sector who believe in dialogue and the strength of exchange.
