About Federica Cossu

I moved back to Italy over 2 years ago, after living in Manchester for 4 years. Within that period of time, I have experienced different job roles in hospitality industry. I started working for Carluccio’s Ltd as a bartender and progressed to waitress position, key holder and assistant manager and finally as a General Manager within the same company. After my experience in Manchester, I felt the time was right to move back to my home country and live closer to family and friends. For the past 2 years, I have been working as a General Manager for Food Brand SpA, specifically in charge of Old Wild West Restaurant. As part of my General Manager role at Carluccio’s and Food Brand, is to manage budgets and forecasts, promote the business, set targets, recruit, train and supervise staff. In addition to, ordering supplies and overseeing stock levels, producing staff schedule, handling customer enquiries and complaints. As part of my assistant manager role I have trained new key holders and assistant managers and also covered shifts in different sites within UK. I am very enthusiastic and committed person who likes to work in a busy environment, always looking for new challenges and currently seeking a career move into HR where I can put in use my skills to develop and promote a positive work environment.
