I focus on delivering reliable, high-performance systems, from introducing asynchronous processing and caching (cutting latency by up to 500 ms) to implementing infra region migration with zero downtime. I also drive technical improvements across observability, performance tuning, and infrastructure compliance. As part of Traveloka's on-call rotation, I've served as Incident Commander, leading war rooms, resolving service disruptions, and enhancing alert systems through Datadog.
