About Federico Berichelli

I have a strong passion for all forms of communication. I believe that communication is also at the basis of marketing seeing that the elements on which it is based are the understanding of the behaviour and needs of people and the art of conveying any company’s vision and the value of its products. I have personally taken part in the transition from the analogue period to the digital one and have experienced the growth of digital marketing, including all its extraordinary tools. I have seen major changes being brought about by industries and companies to adjust to new products and services and to new models of consumption and fruition. I have a high esteem for social media because they are leading the world of publicity towards a communication based on the model human-to-human, in which such concepts as surprise, amusement, involvement, sharing prevail over the more traditional persuasion. Over the past 10 years with Percentomusica and together with the experience acquired before, I have been able to interact with almost all aspects of marketing and company communication. I have been able to put to fruit my studies in sociology and the organization of work groups while interchanging experiences with many professional personalities ranging from actors in the music business to government/municipal officials, from managers to service-providing entities right up to the coordination of a team of 5 people, a body of 60 faculty members and a pool of about 300 students. All this allows me to propose myself in an empathic manner with all those I am required to counteract and to have a clear and concrete understanding of the questions and problems which I need to resolve daily. If I were to choose a quotation to simplify my ideas related to music, society and marketing, this would probably be: TEAR DOWN THE WALL.
