About Federico Croce
I am working on approaches to benefit from both world of artificial intelligence, i.e. the one represented by machine learning which is based on inductive reasoning, and the one represented by semantic technologies which is based on deductive reasoning. My research interests have shown promising results with the explainable artificial intelligence area, namely by studying a novel way of providing semantic enriched posthoc explanations of black‑box machine learning models. More recently, I am working in the field of Knowledge Graph Embedding for Link Prediction, to come up with possible embedding spaces that keep semantic meaningful information to some extent.
