About Federico Gatta

Salary Partner at ICT Legal Consulting, I provide legal advice on data protection, IT contracts and debt recovery matters. I work in the management and development of multijurisdictional data protection compliance projects for national and international clients, including multinational companies, ICT service providers and non-profit organizations operating in multiple sectors. I also provide support in drafting and revising IT and privacy contracts and in extrajudicial negotiations and judicial proceedings. I am a certified Auditor for the Europrivacy Certification Scheme. After obtaining the degree in Law, I collaborated with the University of Bologna and attended the “E. Redenti” Specialization School in Law while qualifying as a lawyer. In 2016, I was admitted to the Bologna Bar Association and I have since gained significant experience in the fields of banking, corporate and financial leasing law. In 2017, I completed the “Privacy Officer and Privacy Advisor” Master, improving my competences in both new technologies and data protection law. I am fluent in Italian and English.
