I'm a Project Manager with a hybrid background in Digital Transformation, Learning Innovation, and Organizational Change, with experience across both Nonprofit and Executive Education sectors. Currently at LIUC Business School, I coordinate and manage a range of learning experiences for executive participants—balancing Project Management, Instructional Design, Marketing & Event Coordination. I work closely with faculty, partners, and internal teams to ensure that each program delivers both strategic value and user-centered experience. At the same time, I lead digitalization and upskilling initiatives at the Italian Red Cross – Milan Committee, where I translate operational needs into structured, actionable plans that support sustainable growth and adoption. I thrive in complex environments where strategy, communication, and execution must coexist in balance. I’m fascinated by how communities organize themselves and how people come together to solve problems, whether in a classroom, a crisis, or a quiet moment of strategy. This balance between order, shared responsibility, and human connection is something I look at with a bit of magic—and strive to bring into every project I lead.
