About Federico Grisorio

With over 5 years of professional experience in lean manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and 5S, I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of aviation production systems. I currently work as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer (SKF Production System) at SKF Group, a leading global supplier of bearings, seals, mechatronics, lubrication systems, and services. In my role, I collaborate closely with the Plant Manager, the Manufacturing Manager, and their teams to introduce innovative solutions, such as vending machines for cutting inserts, plant waste management, and plant layout revisions. I also apply Six Sigma methodology to optimize the presetting activities and reduce the cycle time and variability. My goal is to meet the high standards of safety and quality that the aviation industry requires and exceeds the expectations of our customers.
